Talk about each of the questions to keep the conversation going
Do the activity together to have some fun and reinforce the big idea!

Question of the day! (all ages!)
Go around the room and ask the question: “What was your favorite part of your weekend?”
Story Questions:
Who did Philip meet on the desert road?
How did Philip help the man?
What did Philip and the Ethiopian man talk about?
Read Romans 15:13, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

It's amazing how the Holy Spirit impacts every part of our lives. Sometimes, we don't even notice it. Use the timeline printable in your church kit (or get it below!) to do this activity!
Over the first dot, draw a picture of a time when God was with you in the past!
Under the second dot, draw a picture of a time when God was with you here, where you are right now.
Over the third dot draw a picture of ways you can trust God in the future!
Now, we have a reminder that God has been with us in the past, is currently with us in the present, and will always be with us in the future. Put this activity somewhere you can see it and be reminded that God's Holy Spirit directs our lives and connects the past to the present, and the present to the future!
