Grief Share Group

Grief & Loss Support Group will meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 4:30-5:30 pm at Mission Church in Ventura, 5353 Walker St. If you've experienced any type of grief or loss this group will help equip you with healthy coping mechanisms by teaching and helping you navigate the grieving process.

Dr. Paul Lenderman leads this group and incorporates sharing and open Q and A. There is no pressure to talk so feel free to simply listen. No matter your type of loss, this group is loving and supportive.
