Questions for Reflection

What major incidents or experiences have I had to grieve in my life? How did I experience or suppress elements of the 5 stages?

Is there any unfinished grief in my life? Experiences or losses that I can’t revisit because of the pain that still lingers there?

Are there any stages of grief that I need to revisit or ask God to help me experience in a healthy way?

Read through the false beliefs that can hinder forgiveness - say them each out loud to yourself) Which ones feel most true when I say them? What relationships, experiences, or emotions come to mind when I meditate on the origin of that belief?

How have I experienced hope or change throughout this workshop?

What is my best next step to continue my journey of change?
